Institute of Nursing warmly welcomed lecturers and Master’s degree students specialising in such area as adult nursing, elderly, midwifery and occupational health from Michigan School of Nursing. The aim of their visit was for training and exchanging knowledge between 11th and 23rd November 2019.
สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ให้การต้อนรับคณาจารย์ และนักศึกษาพยาบาลเฉพาะทางสาขาการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่และผู้สูงอายุ การผดุงครรภ์ อาชีวอนามัย ฯลฯ ที่กำลังเรียนปริญญาโทสาขาการพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติ จาก Michigan School of Nursing ในการมาฝึกปฏิบัติการและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ในระหว่างวันที่ 11-23 พฤศจิกายน 2562
On 11th November 2019, Associate Professor Dr. April Bigelow gave a special lecture on terminal care in America. A knowledge exchange session on patient care in Thailand was held between lecturers and students from both universities. The session provided SUT students with a chance to practise their English skill. In turn, students from Michigan School of Nursing also had the opportunity to learn Thai culture. For example, they attended the Loy Krathong Festival and tasted Thai food.
ในวันที่ 11 พฤศจิกายน 2562 Associate Professor Dr. April Bigelow ได้บรรยายในหัวข้อเรื่องการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้ายในอเมริกา และแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยในประเทศไทยระหว่างคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัยร่วมกัน ซึ่งเป็นเวทีที่เปิดโอกาศให้นักศึกษา มทส. ได้ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ นอกจากนี้ยังได้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนและศึกษาวัฒนธรรมของไทยอีกด้วย เช่นเข้าร่วมงานประเพณีลอยกระทง อาหารไทย เป็นต้น
Associate Professor Dr. Sirapat Boonkrong, Deputy Director of the Centre for International affairs welcomed the US students on the occasion that they came to the Centre to register as SUT international visitors. In Addition, Khun Hataikan Tongjaroen introduced background information about SUT as well as how to survive within the university and in Thailand.
ในการนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ศิรปัฐช์ บุญครอง รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติ ได้ให้การต้อนรับในโอกาสที่นักศึกษาดังกล่าวนี้มาขึ้นทะเบียน visitor โดยมีนางสาวหทัยกาญจน ทองเจริญ ได้ให้การบรรยาย แนะนำข้อมูล สถานที่ และการใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารีในเบื้องต้น
