Azerbaijan Government Opens Scholarship Applications for International Students for the 2026-2007, Application Deadline: April 15, 2026

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan is now accepting applications for scholarships for international students under the Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Programme for the 2026-2027 academic year. The scholarship covers preparatory, undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, and medical residency programs.

Details of the Scholarship:

  • Age Requirements (as of September 15, 2026)
    • Up to 35 years old for undergraduate and medical programs
    • Up to 40 years old for master’s and residency programs
    • Up to 45 years old for doctoral programs
  • Applicants with Multiple Nationalities must apply with only one nationality

The scholarship covers:

  • Tuition fees (including preparatory language courses)
  • Round-trip economy class airfare once per year
  • Monthly stipend of USD 470 (covering 10 months per academic year)
  • Annual medical allowance of USD 117

ทุนการศึกษาจากอาเซอร์ไบจาน: โอกาสสำหรับนักศึกษาไทยในระดับปริญญาตรี โท เอก และแพทยศาสตร์

กระทรวงการต่างประเทศแจ้งว่า รัฐบาลสาธารณรัฐอาเซอร์ไบจานเปิดรับสมัครทุนการศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาต่างชาติภายใต้โครงการ Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Programme สำหรับปีการศึกษา 2569-2570 ทุนนี้ครอบคลุมหลักสูตรเตรียมความพร้อม ปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท ปริญญาเอก รวมถึงหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตร์และแพทย์ประจำบ้าน

รายละเอียดทุนการศึกษา:

  • เกณฑ์อายุ (ณ วันที่ 15 กันยายน 2569)
    • อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี สำหรับปริญญาตรีและแพทยศาสตร์
    • อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี สำหรับปริญญาโทและแพทย์ประจำบ้าน
    • อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี สำหรับปริญญาเอก
  • ผู้สมัครที่มีหลายสัญชาติ ต้องเลือกยื่นเอกสารตามสัญชาติเดียว

ทุนการศึกษาครอบคลุม:

  • ค่าเล่าเรียน (รวมหลักสูตรเตรียมความพร้อมด้านภาษา)
  • ค่าบัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินไป-กลับชั้นประหยัดปีละ 1 รอบ
  • ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยงรายเดือน USD 470 (ครอบคลุม 10 เดือนต่อปี)
  • ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยงรายปี USD 117 (สำหรับค่ารักษาพยาบาล)
