You can reserve the ticket online with the local airline. It's quite more expensive in seasonal like rainy or winter but it take about 1-2 hours that shorter than coach/bus.

Karen Long Neck Tribe & Chiang Dao Cave : At Chiang Dao cave, the caverns stretch many kilometres into the mountain yet only a small part of the complex is possible to explore. Two of the caves, Tham Phra Nawn and Tham Seua Dao, are illuminated by electric lights, but the upper caves are pitch-black and requires a local lantern-carrying guides to lead the way.

You can buy the ticket online or on counter at Nakhon Ratchasima bus station. It's cost around 700-1000 Thai Baht. If you go by bus/coach it could take about 11-12 hours.
By Plane
You can book the ticket online of NokAir airline. There is the flights from Nakhon Ratchasima (BFV) to Mueang Chiang Rai (CEI) cost around 3000-4000 Thai baht and takes about 4-5 hours. Or you can choose the flight from Bangkok (DMK or BKK) to Chiang Mai then take a bus or transfer to Chaing Rai. There are several airline more than BFV.
White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) : A privately owned art exhibit in the style of a Buddhist temple in Chiang Rai Province, Thailand. It is owned by Chalermchai Kositpipat, who designed, constructed, and opened it to visitors in 1997.
Wat Rong Suea Ten (Blue Temple) : It is a recent temple which is still under construction even if its main hall is now completed. It is above all its magnificent blue interior with a large white Buddha that marks the spirits. The paintings are reminiscent of the style of what you can see inside the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun).
Mae Fah Luang Art & Cultural Park : Mae Fah Luang Art & Cultural Park is a large landscaped garden and museum set in the city of Chiang Rai, known for its mature trees, a botanical collection of indigenous plants from the northern region, and its large collection of Lanna artifacts. Originally known as Rai Mae Fah Luang, Mae Fah Luang Art and Cultural Park started first as the office of the Thai Hill Crafts Foundation. Through purchasing and marketing handicrafts, the Thai Hill Crafts Foundation helped preserve the traditional skills and support the livelihoods of ethnic minorities.

We scooted over to Chiang Khan via local budget airline Nok Air, an adorable little propeller plane with their airline symbol – a bird’s beak. Flights to this destination is very affordable from Bangkok, and even with a last minute over the counter purchase, I paid around SGD$95 for a 1-way ticket.

Phu Tok is the mountain in Chiang Khan. It is a popular view point for tourists who wish to see a magical sea of fog covering the mountains at the time of sunrise. At the top of Phu Tok, you will see the beautiful scenery of Chiang Khan, mountains and Mekong River.
If you want to see the sunrise, you should wake up at 5.30 am and get a Tuk-Tuk to pick you up from your hotel at 6 am. Normally the Tuk-Tuk ride to Phu Tok should cost 100 baht per person for round trip. If the driver is asking for more, you should consider negotiating the price. The Tuk-Tuk will take you to the foot of the mountain and wait for you there. However, if you have your own car, you can easily drive to the foot of the mountain and leave your car there as there is a parking lot nearby.

Ban Chiang Museum : Ban Chiang National museum, also known as Ban Chiang Archaeological Site, is located in Nong Han district of Udon Thani province. The site became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in December 1992.The museum has two parts to it. The first part is for antiques. Here you find anything associated with the ancient Culture of Ban Chiang. You can see ancient tools, household items, artifacts, and pottery items, many of which are over 4,000 years old.

At the Nakhon Ratchasima New Bus Station has the various type of car to go to Khon Kaen. You can buy the ticket in front, it's cost around ฿120 for coach and ฿90 for van. Both of them take around 2-3 hours.
By plane
Thai AirAsia flies from Bangkok (DMK) to Khon Kaen (KKC) several times a day; there are also flights from/to Chiang Mai, Pattaya (UTP) and Phuket. Nok Air and Thai Lion Air each has a couple of flights a day to Bangkok (DMK) as well. Thai Smile Airways flies from Bangkok (BKK) five times a day, and can be booked in one ticket with an international Thai Airways flight.
