Visa Regulations
Please note the following three important regulations about your visa:
- You must apply for a visa extension BEFORE the date your visa expires. This application must be done in person at the Nakhon Ratchasima Immigration Office.

- Whenever you leave Thailand, whether by land or by air, your visa will automatically become invalid. In order to be able to return to Thailand, you must apply for a re-entry permit at the Immigration office BEFORE leaving Thailand.

- You must report to the Immigration Office every 90 days, counting from the day you have entered Thailand.

How to complete the online request, 
1. Go to http://mis3.sut.ac.th/visa/login.php
(Internet Explorer is not supported to browse the website)
2. Log in with your student ID and password (last 4 digits of your
passport number)
3. Add your request by selecting Add new Request Visa Extension
from the left-hand menu
4. Fill in your personal information and attach required documents
(supported file type in jpeg. or pdf.)
5. Click Save Data

Required documents listed below
- Certification of student status letter (Thai)
- Transcripts (English)
- A copy of passport
- House registration certificate (Photo copy)
- Identification Card of the house/apartment owner which is
the same name to the House registration certificate (Photo copy)
- Contract of the rent

Procedure:
1. After the online request is completed, CIA process the letter within 3 working days
2. CIA send a notification email to student to collect Visa Extension Letter at CIA office  

Please note: student must bring all the required documents and original copy to Immigration Office

3. A completed STM 2-The Acknowledgment of Penalties for a Visa
Overstay form
4. Visa Documents CheckList   
5. Residence certificate
6. Student certificate
7. Transcript
8. Copy of passport, Identification page, Visa page, TM 6.
9. Visa fee 1,900 THB

Reserve transportation to Nakhon Ratchasima Immigration Office. CLICK

- Go to the Center for Computer Services website http://ccs.sut.ac.th/2012/
- Click Register >> Internet Account (LAN & WIFI) >> STUDENT
- Fill in your personal information to request for INTERNET ACCOUNT
- Set your password with at least 8-16 characters
- Submit your request
- Request status will appear on the on process list
- The SUT-WIFI will be able to use within 2 working days
