Suranaree University of Technology Hospital organized the “International Cooperation and Lifelong Learning Development Project” (Extra Curriculum for Lifelong Learning) during March 17-18, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The event was honored by Professor Dr. Nueng Teaumroong, Vice President for Research and Technology Development, representing the President of Suranaree University of Technology, who welcomed faculty members and medical students from Teikyo University of Science, Japan.






The program included guided tours and presentations on various hospital services, including the Physical Therapy Department, Elderly Care, Wellness Center, and Outpatient Department (OPD). The visit facilitated knowledge exchange, addressing learning needs, sharing expertise and experiences, and promoting two-way learning opportunities.



This collaborative initiative aims to produce medical and public health graduates who meet international standards and have the potential to develop themselves as healthcare leaders who can drive important social change. The program supports the concept of mission-based learning in collaborative operations, strengthening cooperation between both institutions toward innovation development and quality curriculum design to nurture qualified personnel in the future.

CRSPG SUT Welcomes Japanese Visitors Welcomes Japanese Visitors
On March 20, 2025, The Center for Plant Genetic Conservation Project Under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Suranaree University of Technology (CRSPG SUT) welcomed a study tour group from SUT Hospital led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pattama Thongdee and Assistant Professor Dr. Pornthip Nimkhuntod, along with 14 faculty members and students from Teikyo University of Science, Japan.



The visit was part of the “International Cooperation and Lifelong Learning Development Project” (Extra Curriculum for Lifelong Learning). Participants engaged in various learning activities at the center, including terrarium making, natural fabric dyeing, and tours of the Plant Genetic Conservation Museum, the Forest Drops Exhibition Building, and the Herbal Tea Production Building. They also visited the demonstration plot for growing Chiang Mai 60 mulberry variety and supported products and services from the Khlong Phai Subdistrict tourism network.
