We would like to inform you that the upcoming call for Ernst Mach-Grant – ASEA-UNINET scholarships for study and research stays in the academic year 2022/2023 is expected to open by the end of the year 2021. The application deadline is 1st March 2022 (new!).
The Ernst Mach-Grant – ASEA-UNINET is a scholarship for full or partial PhD studies, postdoc research stays and for studies in the field of music practice at an ASEA-UNINET member university in Austria. It is available for students and researchers from Indonesia, Malaysia (new!), Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines and financed by the Austrian Ministry for Education, Science and Research.
Information on the scholarship is published at the Austrian database for grants and scholarships at www.grants.at/en (direct link: https://grants.at/en/?=MjA3NzFfMjE5MzRfMA==). Please note that for the moment only details on the previous call (last application deadline in March 2021) are available here. The official grant announcement for the upcoming call with deadline 1st March 2022 will be available by the end of the year 2021. However, we recommend all interested students and researchers to carefully read the grants announcement already now (only some slight changes will be made in the text for the upcoming call) and to start the preparations for the application as soon as possible (eg. working on a research proposal, contacting possible academic supervisors in Austria…).
