Join us for training “How to Translate and Validate Your Documents with Tools.

          The Center for International Affairs (CIA) is committed to fostering a global culture at our university. As part of our plan for the fiscal year 2023, we have provided all departments with access to translation and grammar checking tools in English. These tools can help them create and translate documents and information for dissemination on various media in at least two languages. This initiative is in line with the resolution of the SUT website working group , which requested the CIA to recommend the use of translation and validation tools to the website creators and news writers of each department.

          To facilitate the use of these tools, we organized a training session on July 7, 2023, for all relevant staff. The training introduced the features and benefits of the tools, as well as some tips and best practices for effective translation and communication. We hope that this training will enhance the quality and reach of our university’s online presence and showcase our international outlook.

         ศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติได้กำหนดกิจกรรมการเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศ ความเป็นนานาชาติประจำปีงบประมาณ 2566 โดยการจัดหาเครื่องมือสำหรับการแปลและตรวจสอบไวยากรณ์การเขียนภาษาอังกฤษให้ทุกหน่วยงานในมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการแปลเอกสาร ข้อมูลเพื่อเผยแพร่บนสื่อต่าง ๆ อย่างน้อย 2 ภาษา และกอปรกับมติที่ประชุมคณะทำงานคณะทำงานออกแบบ พัฒนา และกำกับดูแลเว็บไซต์ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี ขอความอนุเคราะห์ให้ศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติแนะนำเครื่องมือการแปลและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องให้แก่ผู้ที่รับผิดชอบการจัดทำเว็บไซต์และผู้ที่รับผิดชอบการเขียนข่าวเผยแพร่บนสื่อต่าง ๆ ของหน่วยงาน ในวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2566 ศูนย์ฯ ได้จัดอบรมแนะนำการใช้เครื่องมือการแปลและตรวจสอบให้แก้เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกหน่วยงาน
