SUT Enhances Supporting Staff Capacity through ISM 2026 in Indonesia

Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) will send supporting staff members to participate in the International Staff Mobility (ISM) 2026, scheduled for 4–10 October 2026 at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in Surabaya, Indonesia. ITS is one of SUT’s academic partner universities under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The program is designed for non-academic staff from ITS’s partner universities. It aims to provide participants with opportunities to build international professional networks, exchange good practices, and develop essential skills that support university internationalization.

The program includes knowledge-sharing activities in human resource management, student affairs, document and archives management, as well as Indonesian cultural activities. SUT will provide participating staff members with partial airfare support, subject to the University’s applicable regulations and criteria.

มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี (มทส.) ส่งบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนเข้าร่วมโครงการ International Staff Mobility (ISM) 2026 ระหว่างวันที่ 4–10 ตุลาคม 2026 ณ Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) เมืองสุราบายา สาธารณรัฐอินโดนีเซีย ซึ่งเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยคู่ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการของ มทส. ภายใต้บันทึกความเข้าใจทางวิชาการ (MoU)

โครงการดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นสำหรับบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนจากมหาวิทยาลัยคู่ความร่วมมือของ ITS โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แนวปฏิบัติที่ดี และพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการขับเคลื่อนความเป็นนานาชาติของมหาวิทยาลัย

กิจกรรมภายในโครงการครอบคลุมการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล งานกิจการนักศึกษา การจัดการเอกสารและจดหมายเหตุ ตลอดจนกิจกรรมเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมอินโดนีเซีย โดย มทส. ให้การสนับสนุนค่าบัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินบางส่วนแก่บุคลากรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ ทั้งนี้ เป็นไปตามระเบียบและหลักเกณฑ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย
