On Friday, 28 August 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Wipawee Usaha, Director of the Center for International Affairs, represented Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) at the seminar entitled “Erasmus+ Thailand 2026: Strengthening the Capacity of Thai Higher Education Institutions to Apply for Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) Funding.” The seminar was held at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square, Bangkok.
Organised jointly by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and Thammasat University, the seminar aimed to equip personnel from Thai higher education institutions with the knowledge, understanding, and practical skills required to develop and submit project proposals under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education programme.
The programme featured presentations on Erasmus+ in Thailand, the CBHE application process, partner identification, and the development of institutional and international networks. Participants also joined a practical session on transforming project ideas into competitive proposals and learned from successful CBHE projects implemented by Thai higher education institutions.
In addition, the seminar provided insights into key CBHE priorities and the project evaluation perspective of the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), European Commission. The programme also created opportunities for participants to exchange experiences, identify prospective partners, and explore the development of joint project proposals.
SUT’s participation enhanced the University’s readiness to develop future Erasmus+ CBHE proposals and expand academic partnerships with higher education institutions in Thailand and abroad. These efforts contribute to improving the quality of higher education and advancing SUT’s international academic cooperation.

เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. A ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี เข้าร่วมการสัมมนาเรื่อง “Erasmus+ Thailand 2026: เสริมศักยภาพอุดมศึกษาไทยสู่การขอรับทุน Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE)” ในฐานะผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัย ณ โรงแรมโนโวเทล กรุงเทพ สยามสแควร์ กรุงเทพมหานคร
การสัมมนาดังกล่าวจัดโดยสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะที่จำเป็นแก่บุคลากรของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาไทยในการพัฒนาและยื่นข้อเสนอโครงการภายใต้ทุน Erasmus+ ประเภท Capacity Building in Higher Education หรือ CBHE
กิจกรรมภายในงานครอบคลุมการบรรยายเกี่ยวกับภาพรวมโครงการ Erasmus+ ในประเทศไทย แนวทางและขั้นตอนการสมัครรับทุน CBHE การค้นหาคู่ความร่วมมือ การสร้างเครือข่ายพันธมิตรระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ตลอดจนการฝึกปฏิบัติเพื่อพัฒนาแนวคิดไปสู่ข้อเสนอโครงการที่มีคุณภาพและมีศักยภาพในการแข่งขัน นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้จากโครงการ CBHE ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ และรับฟังมุมมองเกี่ยวกับการประเมินข้อเสนอโครงการจาก European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) แห่งคณะกรรมาธิการยุโรป
การเข้าร่วมสัมมนาครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความพร้อมของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารีในการพัฒนาข้อเสนอโครงการ Erasmus+ CBHE รวมทั้งขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ อันจะสนับสนุนการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและการพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในระดับนานาชาติต่อไป
