The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the English Speaking Association (Thailand) or ESU Thailand, will organize the National Community English Speech 2024 competition. This event aims to select one youth, aged 16-20, to represent Thailand in the International Public Speaking Competition (IPSC) in London, United Kingdom, from May 13 to 17, 2024.
The Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, is announcing the opening of applications for participation. Interested individuals must submit a video clip, with the main topic “There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so,” lasting between 4.30 and 5.10 minutes. The deadline for submission is 4:30 p.m. on February 23, 2024, to the Office of Foreign Relations.
