เมื่อวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2562 อ.รุ่งเรือง วชิรลาภไพฑูรย์ อาจารย์สาขาวิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ สำนักวิชาเทคโนโลยีสังคม นำ Ms. Yuwan Qiu และ Ms. Xing Zhao ครูอาสาสมัครชาวจีนที่มาปฏิบัติงาน ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี ตั้งแต่เดือนสิงหาคม 2562 – สิงหาคม 2563 มาปฐมนิเทศและแนะนำการใช้ชีวิตใน มทส. สถานที่ต่าง ๆ ที่ควรทราบ และงานบริการต่าง ๆ ที่ศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติ อำนวยความสะดวกให้ในขณะอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัย โดยนางสาวหทัยกาญจน์ ทองเจริญเป็นผู้ให้คำแนะนำและบรรยาย
