On Friday, March 10th, 2023, SUT had the fantastic opportunity to welcome a group of esteemed professors and students from Sweden, including representatives from Jönköping University, University West, and Örebro University. The Center for International Affairs (CIA) and The Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development (CCECD) co-hosted a Short Talk event on the topic of “International Cooperative Education from the Perspective of Swedish Universities.”
The event was held at the Learning Space in the Academic Building (C2) from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Over 20 students and SUT staff attended it. The Talk was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipawee Usaha, the Director of the Center for International Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Keerati Sulak, Deputy Director of The Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development, and esteemed professors and representatives from Jönköping University and Örebro University, namely Prof. Roy Andersson and Prof. Ida Andersson-Norrie, respectively. Additionally, 10 Swedish students participated in the event, providing valuable insight into their academic experiences.
The event was full of valuable information, including opportunities for advanced degrees, sharing experiences of working abroad, and the general situation in Sweden. The Talk also featured an engaging Q&A session, where attendees could ask questions and seek clarification on topics related to international cooperative education and had the chance to learn from diverse perspectives. With the help of esteemed representatives and students from top universities in Sweden, the event served as a platform for learning, discussion, and collaboration between SUT and its international partners.
Following the session, CIA led the delegates a campus tour by visiting at Student Entrepreneurship Development Academy (SEDA), Thai Studies and ASEAN Cultures Collections to see the overview of Thai history and culture and go around the campus for sightseeing.

Short Talk โดยอาจารย์และนักศึกษาชาวสวีเดน
เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 10 มีนาคม 2566 มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี (มทส.) มีโอกาสอันดีงามในการต้อนรับคณะอาจารย์ตัวแทน และนักศึกษาจากประเทศสวีเดน จาก Jönköping University, University West และ Örebro University ศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติ (ศกน.) และศูนย์สหกิจศึกษาและพัฒนาอาชีพ (ศสพ.) ร่วมจัดงานบรรยายสั้นๆในหัวข้อ “International Cooperative Education from the Perspective of Swedish Universities”
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นที่ Learning Space อาคารวิชาการ (C2) เวลา 15.00 – 16.00 น. โดยมีนักศึกษาและเจ้าหน้าที่ มทส. เข้าร่วมกว่า 20 คน นำโดย ผศ.ดร.วิภาวี อุสหะ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติ ผศ.ดร.กีรติ สุลักษณ์ รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สหกิจศึกษาและพัฒนาอาชีพ และอาจารย์ที่ผู้แทนจาก Jönköping University และ Örebro University ได้แก่ Prof. Roy Andersson และ Prof. Ida Andersson-Norrie ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ยังมีนักศึกษาชาวสวีเดนจำนวน 10 คนเข้าร่วมงาน ซึ่งได้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์ทางวิชาการ
ในงานนี้เต็มไปด้วยข้อมูล รวมถึงโอกาสในการเรียนต่อในระดับปริญาโทและปริญญาเอก รวมถึงการแบ่งปันประสบการณ์การทำงานในต่างประเทศ สถานการณ์ทั่วไปในสวีเดน นอกจากนี้ยีงมีช่วงถาม-ตอบ ซึ่งเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานสามารถถามคำถามในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสหกิจศึกษานานาชาติ และยังมีโอกาสได้เรียนรู้จากมุมมองที่หลากหลาย ด้วยความช่วยเหลือจากอาจารย์และนักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำในสวีเดน งานนี้จึงถือเป็นเวทีสำหรับการเรียนรู้ การอภิปราย และความร่วมมือระหว่าง มทส. และพันธมิตรระหว่างประเทศ
หลังจากจบการประชุม ศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติได้นำคณะผู้แทนเยี่ยมชมรอบๆมหาวิทยาลัย และยังเข้าเยี่ยมชมที่โครงการจัดตั้งสถานพัฒนาความเป็นผู้ประกอบการสำหรับนักศึกษา ห้องไทยศึกษานิทัศน์ และวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน เพื่อให้คณะผู้แทนได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมความเป็นอยู่ของคนไทยและอาเซียน
