The Institute of Nursing has begun its collaboration with Akita University, Japan after signing a Memorandum of Understanding
The Dean of the Institute of Nursing and her team visited Akita University in Japan in order to attend their Open House. The group also had a chance to study health and wellness of the elderly in Tokyo, which was a joint effort between the government sector, private sector and community.
The Institute of Nursing and Akita University have also planned to exchange student nurses in 2019.
