On October 29, 2024, Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) in collaboration with Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Indonesia, is set to hold an online international guest lecture focusing on “Cybersecurity.” This event aims to share cutting-edge knowledge and foster discussions on cybersecurity, aligning with global digital trends.
The guest lecture will feature Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirapat Boonkrong, Head of the Research Department at the Institute of Digital Arts and Science, SUT, as the distinguished speaker. Dr. Boonkrong, a renowned expert in cybersecurity research, will delve into critical topics, including authentication mechanisms, cryptographic protocol design, security threat analysis, and more.
The session will be moderated by Gita Widi Bhawika, S.T., M.MT., CSCA, the Deputy Head of the Technology Management Postgraduate Program at ITS. She brings expertise in interdisciplinary research in management and technology. The event will also be hosted by Hatma Suryotrisono, Ph.D., Head of the IT Security Section and CSIRT at ITS’s Faculty of Intelligent Electrical and Informatics Technology.
