The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) has notified all affiliated institutions of an open recruitment by the International Manpower Development Organization, Japan (IM Japan) for Thai female technical trainees to undertake on-the-job training in Japan for the fiscal year 2026, Round 4. The program aims to strengthen human resource development by transferring technical knowledge and skills to Thai workers, while supporting overseas employment opportunities — with no fees or enrollment charges required from applicants.
The Department of Employment handles recruitment, Japanese language and cultural training prior to departure, and travel arrangements on behalf of participants. สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) แจ้งเวียนสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในสังกัดเกี่ยวกับการรับสมัครคัดเลือก ผู้ฝึกงานเทคนิคหญิงคนไทย เพื่อเดินทางไปฝึกงานในประเทศญี่ปุ่น ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 รอบที่ 4 ภายใต้โครงการขององค์กรพัฒนาแรงงานระดับนานาชาติ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น (IM Japan) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะเทคนิคผ่านการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีและการแลกเปลี่ยนทางเทคนิคกับผู้ประกอบการในญี่ปุ่น ทั้งนี้ ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายหรือค่าธรรมเนียมใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
