The Government of India, through the ITEC Programme, is offering fully-funded short-term training courses for Thai government officials at institutions in India. All expenses are covered, including course fees and return airfare. Two courses are currently open:
- Certificate Course in Natural Heritage Management — 5 June – 3 July 2026 | Deadline: 15 May 2026
- Specialised Programme on Big Data Analytics – I — 10–23 June 2026 | Deadline: 18 May 2026
Applicants must hold a position equivalent to or higher than a government officer, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience and be under 45 years old. English proficiency is required (DIFA TES B1 minimum, or IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC equivalent). Each course is limited to 1 nominee per institution. รัฐบาลสาธารณรัฐอินเดียเสนอทุนฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น ภายใต้ ITEC Programme สำหรับบุคลากรภาครัฐไทย ณ สาธารณรัฐอินเดีย โดยครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด รวมถึงค่าตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ มี 2 หลักสูตร ดังนี้
