SUT Student Received “Best Oral Presentation Award” at Tri-University International Joint Seminar and Symposium 2018.
With the help of the Centre for International Affairs in collaboration with Chiang Mai University, between the 4th and 8th November 2018, five students from Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) were able to attend the 25th Tri-University International Joint Seminar and Symposium at Chiang Mai University, Thailand.
The Tri-University Symposium was originally founded by Mie University of Japan, Jiansu University of China and Chiang Mai University of Thailand. This year Bogor Agricultural University of Indonesia was included as an additional member.
The theme of this year’s symposium was “Population, Food, Energy and Environment to Sustainable Society.” There were 107 papers presented at the symposium by students from many countries such as Japan, Indonesia, China, South Korea andThailand.
The five students from SUT who orally presented their papers were:
1. Andreas Prasetyadi from the Institute of Engineering
2. Pisek Tussananakajit from the Institute of Engineering
3. Puchissa Chansuk from the Institute of Engineering
4. Kittichot Thiphayanon from the Institute of Engineering
5. Wasu Piriyakulwat from the Institute of Engineering.
As a result of the presentation, Pisek Tussananakajit received the “Best Oral Presentation Award” for undergraduate students for the paper titled “A Study of Renewable Energy for Aviation using Piezoelectric Materials.” The work was collaboratively done by Pisek Tussananakajit, Puchissa Chansuk and Kittichot Thiphayanon, with Dr.Veena Phunpeng as their supervisor. ::: Photo gallery :::
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ศิรปัฐช์ บุญครอง รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์กิจการนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี นำคณะนักศึกษาจำนวน 5 คน เป็นผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและเสนอบทความทางวิชาการในที่ประชุม Tri-University International Joint Seminar and Symposium 2018 ในหัวข้อ Population, Food, Energy and Environment to Sustainable Society ในระหว่างวันที่ 4-8 พฤศจิกายน 2561 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เจ้าภาพจัดประชุมดังกล่าว ในการนี้ นายภิเษก ทัศนะนาคะจิตต์ ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมอากาศยาน ได้รับรางวัล “Best Oral Presentation Award” ในหัวข้อ “A Study of Renewable Energy for Aviation using Piezoelectric Materials.” ภาพกิจกรรม
