Experience Thai Culture: Join the CIA X CLREM Songkran Festival 2026 at SUT, April 8, 2026
The Center for International Affairs (CIA) in collaboration with the Center for Library Resources and Educational Media (CLREM) invites students to join the CIA X CLREM Songkran Festival 2026, a vibrant celebration of Thai New Year. The event will take place on Wednesday, 8 April 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM at the SUT Library, offering participants an opportunity to experience authentic Thai traditions while engaging in a lively and multicultural environment.
Participants will enjoy a variety of cultural experiences, including the water blessing ceremony, paying respect to elders, sand pagoda building, and a fun water splash session, along with a DIY Thai dessert workshop and international food and dessert presentations. International students are warmly invited to showcase desserts from their home countries, with financial support of 1,000 THB per country provided by CIA.
