The Embassy of Thailand in New Delhi has announced the call for applications for graduate programs for the Academic Year 2026–2027 offered by the Department of Water Resources Development and Management, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), Republic of India.
The available programs are offered in two categories:
- Post Graduate Diploma (P.G. Diploma), 1-year program
- Master of Technology (M.Tech), 2-year program
The programs are available in the following fields: Water Resources Development (WRD), Irrigation Water Management (IWM), and Drinking Water and Sanitation (DWS).
In addition, IIT Roorkee also offers short-term training programs for engineers and professionals in specialized fields, including irrigation efficiency improvement, hydropower system planning, hydrology, river basin planning, and groundwater development.
Applications are open from now until 14 June 2026.

หลักสูตรที่เปิดรับสมัครประกอบด้วย 2 ประเภท ได้แก่
- หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิตชั้นสูง (Post Graduate Diploma: P.G. Diploma) ระยะเวลา 1 ปี
- หลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (Master of Technology: M.Tech) ระยะเวลา 2 ปี
โดยเปิดรับสมัครในสาขาต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาทรัพยากรน้ำ (Water Resources Development: WRD) การจัดการน้ำเพื่อการชลประทาน (Irrigation Water Management: IWM) และน้ำดื่มและสุขาภิบาล (Drinking Water and Sanitation: DWS)
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะสั้นสำหรับวิศวกรและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขาเฉพาะ อาทิ การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการชลประทาน การวางแผนระบบไฟฟ้าพลังน้ำ อุทกวิทยา การวางแผนลุ่มน้ำ และการพัฒนาน้ำใต้ดิน
