The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan is offering scholarships for international students in undergraduate, master’s, and PhD programs for the 2026 academic year under the Scholarship Program for International Students, managed by the JSC Center for International Programs “Bolashak.”
Recipients of the scholarships will receive monthly stipends and be exempt from tuition fees.
