On Monday, 26th August 2024, a delegation from Taiwan Steel University of Science and Technology (TSUST), led by Prof. Hung-Yu Chang, visited Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. The TSUST team, including Prof. Cheng-Kai Hu and Mr. Jack Chen, was warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pornsiri Jongkol, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anchalee Wannaruk, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipawee Usaha. The meeting focused on potential collaborations in business, management, languages, and engineering, with an emphasis on student and staff exchange programs.
After a productive meeting and souvenir exchange, the delegation toured SUT’s campus, visiting key research facilities such as the Student Entrepreneurship Development Academy (SEDA), Manufacturing and Automation Engineering Laboratory and the UAV Industrials Development and Intelligent System Research Unit. The visit concluded with ongoing discussions about strengthening ties between the two institutions.
