During January 28th -February 1st 2019, Assoc.Prof.Dr.Anan Tongraar, Vice Rector of Research, Innovation, and Technology Development lead the management team, researchers, and staffs of Student Entrepreneurship Development Academy to observe study the learning and teaching system through Problem based Learning (PBL) to build and improve the Entrepreneurship skills.

Learning of teaching and learning through Problem Based Learning (PBL) to build and improve Entrepreneurship skills at Aalborg University, Denmark during January 28th –29th, 2019.

Form of Start Up program and Innovation Hub and Incubator is going to encourage cognitive thinking skills of Entrepreneurial skill in form of extra curriculum that help developing the process of cognitive thinking for project problem solving system. The teaching form will focus on providing advices to students by professors and experts from outsiders who have experiences. Encourage students to think out of the box and participate in the activities that develop skill and stimulate students to meet stakeholders and customers to find the creative ways to solve the project problems. An evaluation will conducted though the presentation by inviting external specialist committees to comment and assess skills from thinking process of participating this project, not the success of the project.

Problem Based Learning system is the group project comprised with members that expertise in different various subject. Teachers have a role to give advices to students which student will seek for the solutions to solve the problem by themselves. An evaluation will conducted in the groups that work together. It will be questions and answers session, and discussion between students. To encourage this skill, it required Entrepreneur thinking skill. It builds idea concepts of Entrepreneur thinking skill not to build the entrepreneur. Form of teaching in the first year will based on the regular teaching form which allows students to learn all the subjects that will be utilized in the project and PBL will be used in the period of project which  Aalborg University designed almost 50% to be project working.

The collaboration with Aalborg University that might be happened are first, sending both academic and operation officers to observe study the project in PBL system and adapt to make the integration between students from various program. Secondly, to accept students from Aalborg University to run the project at SUT.

การเรียนรู้การจัดการเรียนการสอนผ่านรูปแบบ Problem Based Learning (PBL) เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาทักษะของความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ณ Aalborg University, Denmark ระหว่างวันที่ 28-29 มกราคม 2562

รูปแบบ StartUp Program และ Innovation Hub and Incubator จะสร้างเสริมทักษะกระบวนการคิดของความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (entrepreneurial skill) ในรูปแบบหลักสูตรเสริม (extra curriculum) ที่ช่วยพัฒนาขั้นตอนหลักวิธีคิดเชิงระบบเพื่อแก้ปัญหาโครงงาน รูปแบบการสอนจะเน้นการให้คำแนะนำนักศึกษาโดยอาจารย์หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากภายนอกที่มีประสบการณ์ กระตุ้นนักศึกษาให้คิดนอกกรอบ เข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่พัฒนาทักษะ/กระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาออกไปพบกับกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย กลุ่มลูกค้า เพื่อหาความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการแก้ปัญหาโจทย์โครงงาน การประเมินผลจะเป็นการนำเสนอผลงานโดยเชิญกรรมการผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากภายนอกมาให้ความคิดเห็นและประเมินทักษะจากกระบวนการคิดการมีส่วนร่วมในโครงงานไม่ใช่ความสำเร็จของโครงงาน

การเรียนการสอนแบบ Problem Based Learning (PBL) จะเป็นการทำโครงงานแบบกลุ่มประกอบด้วยสมาชิกที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญจากหลายสาขาวิชาที่แตกต่างกัน ผู้สอนมีหน้าที่ให้คำแนะนำกับนักศึกษา ซึ่งนักศึกษาจะแสวงหาคำตอบเพื่อแก้ปัญหาของโครงงานเอง การประเมินจะเป็นการทดสอบกับกลุ่มที่ทำโครงงานร่วมกัน โดยเป็นการซัก-ถาม อภิปรายระหว่างกลุ่มนักศึกษา การสร้างเสริมทักษะนี้จะใช้แนวทางกระบวนการคิดของความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ เป็นการสร้างแนวคิดของทักษะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการไม่ใช่การสร้างผู้ประกอบการ รูปแบบการสอนของนักศึกษาในหลักสูตรจะเป็นการเรียนรายวิชาในปีแรก ๆ ซึ่งอาจจะทำการเรียนการสอนแบบปกติ โดยให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนวิชาที่จะนำไปใช้ในการทำโครงงาน และกระบวนการ PBL จะอยู่ในช่วงของการทำโครงงานซึ่งทาง Aalborg University ออกแบบให้การทำโครงงานมีอัตราส่วนเกือบ 50% ของการเรียนตลอดหลักสูตร

การร่วมมือกับ Aalborg University ที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้แก่ การส่งบุคลากรทั้งสายวิชาการหรือปฏิบัติการมาศึกษาหรือสังเกตการณ์เพื่อเรียนรู้การทำโครงงานในลักษณะ PBL และนำไปปรับใช้ให้มีการผสมผสานกันระหว่างนักศึกษาจากหลายสาขาวิชา การรับนักศึกษาจาก Aalborg University เพื่อทำโครงงานที่ มทส.
